The SCALE Workforce Development Model
The Scalable Asymmetric Lifecycle Engagement (SCALE) microelectronics workforce development program is funded by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) to address the critical shortage of a capable microelectronics workforce. SCALE’s innovative workforce development model includes a novel public-private academic partnership (PPAP), a tailored messaging approach that targets students from K-12 to Ph.D.
